Abstract:
Voronoi grid has the characteristics of strong flexibility and local orthogonal,the local refined grid and basic upscaling grid can be effectively integrated together,which meets the needs of reservoir numerical simulation applying in largescale upscalling simulation and locally fine description.The generating technology of Voronoi grid is analyzed and studied,a new generation way is presented,i.e.,the reservoir area is divided based on faults,well intervals and basic layers,different geometric model dot is used to different layers,at last,Voronoi grid is constructed with indirect way.From the aspect of calculating geometry,the layers are grouped into dot to dot,dot to line and line to line,and the corresponding solution is given out,the key is placed on the interference of faults to vertical wells and horizontal wells.The validity of the algorithm is verified through Voronoi grid model.
